I’ve always loved cooking. For my wife. For my friends. For myself. Sometimes to impress, sometimes just to stay sane.
Cooking balances me. It slows things down when everything else speeds up. It gives me something to finish with my hands, and someone I care about to feed.

Food has shaped the way I travel. Many of our destinations were chosen because of a cuisine, a dish, or a vague memory of Tony Bourdain sitting on a plastic stool there, slurping something perfect.
This account is where all of that comes together. Not just what I cook at home, but where we eat, what we find, and whatever else tastes like a good idea.
